EIR is operated by EIR LLC. These terms apply to purchases from https://eirkitchen.com and use of our website. By placing an order, you agree to these terms and the policies referenced below.
Orders and Product Information
You must be legally able to enter into a purchase agreement and provide accurate contact, billing, and delivery information. Please check the selected size, capacity, material, and quantity before ordering. Product descriptions identify what is included; display settings may affect how colors appear.
An order confirmation acknowledges receipt of your order. Orders remain subject to payment verification and availability. If an item is unavailable or a material listing or pricing error affects your order, we will contact you before proceeding. We will not charge a higher price without your agreement. Any payment for a canceled order will be refunded.
Prices and Payment
Prices are in U.S. dollars (USD). Standard shipping is free within our delivery area. Applicable sales tax and the final total are shown before payment. The payment methods available for your order appear at checkout. See our Payment Policy.
Changes and Cancellations
Contact service@aieir.app within 24 hours of placing your order to request a change or cancellation. We will try to help, but changes are not guaranteed once processing or dispatch has begun. If cancellation is no longer possible, you may request a return under our Refund Policy.
Delivery and Returns
We deliver to the contiguous 48 U.S. states, excluding Washington, D.C. Other excluded destinations and delivery estimates are listed in our Shipping Policy. Our Refund Policy explains the 30-day return window, return shipping costs, and refunds. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed delivery dates.
Product Use
Follow the instructions supplied with your product. Cleaning methods and permitted uses can differ between glass containers, stainless steel containers, and electric vacuum lids. Do not assume that a product is dishwasher, microwave, oven, or freezer safe unless its instructions expressly say so. Storage containers do not replace appropriate food handling or refrigeration.
Website Use
Do not misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with its operation, or submit fraudulent orders. Website content may not be copied or used commercially without permission from the relevant rights holder.
Shopify and Personal Information
Our store is hosted by Shopify. Shopify processes information when you browse or purchase from our store. If Shopify Network Intelligence is enabled, this may include services using information from your interactions with our store, other merchants, and Shopify. Information may be processed by Shopify and other service providers in other countries. Our Privacy Policy explains these activities and your choices.
Your Rights
Nothing in these terms limits consumer rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under applicable law. Any product warranty expressly offered in a listing applies in addition to those rights. U.S. law and applicable Wyoming law govern these terms, without removing mandatory protections available where you live.
Updates
We may update these terms by posting a revised version. The terms in effect when you place an order apply to that purchase.
