Delivery Area
We ship to the contiguous 48 U.S. states only. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Washington, D.C., Puerto Rico, other U.S. territories, APO/FPO/DPO addresses, or international destinations.
Shipping Cost
Standard shipping is free ($0) for all orders delivered within our shipping area. No minimum purchase is required.
Processing and Order Cutoff
Orders are processed Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-6:00 PM (UTC-5), excluding U.S. federal holidays. Our daily cutoff is 6:00 PM (UTC-5). Orders placed after the cutoff, on weekends, or on holidays enter processing on the next business day.
Order processing: 1-2 business days.
Transit after dispatch: 3-7 business days.
Estimated total delivery time: 4-9 business days.
Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays. These timeframes are estimates. Carrier disruptions, severe weather, or an address issue can affect delivery. If we cannot meet our stated dispatch timeframe, we will notify you of the revised timing and offer cancellation and a refund where required.
Carriers and Tracking
We use USPS, DHL, UPS, or FedEx, depending on the shipment. We send tracking information when your order ships. Tracking activity may take 24-48 hours to appear after dispatch.
Address Changes and Cancellations
Check your delivery address before ordering. Contact us within 24 hours of placing your order if a correction or cancellation is needed. We cannot guarantee changes once processing or dispatch has begun.
Delayed, Missing, or Damaged Deliveries
If your order is overdue or tracking shows delivery but you cannot locate the package, contact us. We will review the shipment and work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
For damaged goods, quality problems, or an incorrect item, please contact us within 3 days after delivery. Keep the packaging and, if safe, take photographs to help us assess the issue. This prompt-reporting request does not remove your 30-day return rights or rights under applicable law.
